Acceptance of Terms

By using Meltdown Monitor (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

Description of the Service

Meltdown Monitor provides continuous heart rate monitoring, notifications of significant heart rate changes, and historical data visualization. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare.

Subscription

The Service is provided on a subscription basis through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

The subscription is auto-renewable on a monthly basis, and users are billed through their Apple account.

Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions directly through their Apple account settings.

Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.mettasoft.org/meltdown-monitor/privacy-policy.html

Users can access, correct, or delete their data by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@mettasoft.org.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Users must ensure that their Apple account information is accurate and up-to-date.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

Limitation of Liability

Mettasoft OÜ provides the Service “as is” without any warranties of any kind.

Mettasoft OÜ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Modifications to the Service

Mettasoft OÜ reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Users will be notified of any significant changes through the app or via email.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
