Open the Google Play link on your Android phone, and click "Install".
The text under the Install button on th play store page says "install on
phone and watch". If you have a Wear OS watch, Google Play will recognize it and automatically install the app
on both your phone and watch.
Once the installation is complete, tap the "Open" button to launch the
app on your phone.
Answer the question "Allow Meltdown Monitor to send you notifications?"
by clicking "Allow".
To log in, you can conveniently use your existing Google account. Simply
tap on "Login with Google Account", and then select your account from
the list.
You'll be asked whether you need tech support. Don't worry if you're
unsure right now - you can always access tech support later if needed.
You can select "Not now".
If this is your first time using the app, you'll need to enter the name
of the child you want to monitor.
Next, open the app on your watch. Look for the app icon and tap on it.
You'll need to give the app permission to use notifications and to access
vitals (also called "body sensors" on some devices) for the heart rate data. This only needs to be done once.
And that's it! You'll now start receiving data from your child's Wear OS
device.
